Baby Scruggs: signed, vintage 5x7 photo
Baby Scruggs was a tassel dancer best known for her performance in “Paris to Piccadilly” in London, England in 1952 and 1953. Irene Scruggs, her mother, was a vaudeville era singer, so when the daughter started to dance, she became known as “Baby Scruggs”.
